Roseatte Gene Parris, 58, of Scott City died Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2009, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Nov. 1, 1950, at Parma, Mo., to Eugene and Rosalee Fields Williamson. She and Donald Ray Parris were married March 19, 1966, in St. Louis.
She was employed at Spann in St. Louis.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Donald A. (Ronda Arlene) Parris of Scott City; three daughters, Brenda Reifle and Donna (Jason) Rambo of Scott City, Rhonda Parris of Dupo, Ill.; three brothers, Winston "Doug" Allen of Alabama, Robert Williamson of Cahokia, Ill., Ervin Williamson of Piedmont, Mo.; three sisters, Jeanette Hagy of Fisk, Mo., Virginia French of Cahokia, Zildamay Davis of Granite City, Ill.; a sister-in-law, Geneiva Norman of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Her parents preceded her in death.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to service time Sunday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the chapel, with the Rev. Rennie Phillips officiating.
Burial will be in Oakdale Cemetery at Commerce, Mo.
