PERRYVILLE -- Rosalind Dorothy Moore, 83, of Perryville died Sunday, Feb. 1, 1998, at her home.
Moore was born Oct. 19, 1914, in Perry County to Otto and Mary Lindinger Stuebner. She married Melbourne C. Moore on Dec. 25, 1940. He died May 13, 1983.
Moore had been an elementary school teacher and had belonged to the First Presbyterian Church and the state teachers association.
She is survived by her stepmother, Clara Stuebner of Perryville; a son, John Moore of St. Louis; a daughter, Mary McClain of Davenport, Iowa; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Her parents, two brothers and sister preceded her in death.
Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m. today and from 6:30-8 a.m. Wednesday at the Young & Sons Chapel in Perryville.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the First Presbyterian Church in Perryville, with the Rev. Thomas Bass officiating. Burial will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery.
