Ronald McBride, 48, of Jackson died Thursday, June 16, 2011, at his home. He was born Dec. 18, 1962, in Oklahoma City, Okla., to Bill and Pat Harbin McBride. He and Brenda Kluesner were married March 10, 1989, in Cape Girardeau. She preceded him June 24, 2008...

Ronald McBride, 48, of Jackson died Thursday, June 16, 2011, at his home.

He was born Dec. 18, 1962, in Oklahoma City, Okla., to Bill and Pat Harbin McBride. He and Brenda Kluesner were married March 10, 1989, in Cape Girardeau. She preceded him June 24, 2008.

McBride was self-employed before becoming disabled.

He is survived by his mother; two daughters, Melissa (Matthew) Stewart of Cape Girardeau, Heather McBride of Jackson; a son, Bobby (Amy) Langston of Oak Ridge; a brother, Steve (Jennifer) McBride of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Lisa McBride of Jackson; and two grandchildren, Elizabeth Taylor and Alivia Stewart of Cape Girardeau.

He was preceded in death by his father.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Lighthouse Baptist Church, with the Rev. David Pringle officiating.

Ford and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
