Ronald R. LaLumendiere, 67, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, Aug. 12, 2001, at his home in Cape Girardeau.

He was born June 23, 1934, at Cape Girardeau, son of Raymond A. and Marie Sophie Bruening LaLumendiere. He and Bernice Bullock were married Oct. 12, 1957, at Paducah, Ky.

LaLumendiere worked as an independent contractor.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Kirstie Scheer of St. Louis, Mo., and Annette LaLumendiere of Milton, Del.; a sister, Mary Kay Day of Jackson, Mo.; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel.

Private graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Cemetery, with the Rev. Lee Roy Quinn officiating.
