RONALD L. NORTHERN

SIKESTON -- Funeral service for Ronald Lee Northern of Sikeston will be held at 2 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Dan Stoffel will officiate, with burial in Armer Cemetery at Bertrand.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until service time.

Northern 33, died Tuesday, Aug. 25, 1992, in Sikeston.

He was born Feb. 3, 1959, at Sikeston, son of John Wesley "Buck" and Mary Ida Wilson Northern. He and Deannie Freels were married July 4, 1986, at Sikeston.

Northern was employed at Sikeston Inn.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Joey Ellis, Bradley Freeland and Christopher "Buck" Northern, all of the home; his mother, Mary Cummins of Sikeston; seven brothers, Clyde Northern of Bell City, Charles Northern of St. Louis, Raymond Northern of Zalma, Oscar Northern of Milwaukee, Wis., Paul Northern and Travis Cummins of Sikeston, Donnie Northern of Marble Hill; two sisters, Mary Hampton and Hattie McDowell of Sikeston.

He was preceded in death by a brother and stepfather.
