JOHNSTON CITY, Ill. -- Ronald Lee Chronister Jr., 28, of Fredericktown, formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Sunday, March 14, 1999, in a traffic accident in Madison County.

He was born Dec. 17, 1970, in St. Louis County, son of Ronald L. Sr. and Jo Ann Richardson Chronister.

He graduated from Johnston City High School in Johnston City.

He was a florist at Holiday Happenings & Gift Shop in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include his parents; a sister, Glenda Barron; a half brother, William of Gray Summit; a half sister, Tammy of Pacific; a special friend, David Pense of Fredericktown.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. Tuesday at Murman-Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City.

Funeral is 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Shelly E. Forrest officiating.

Burial will be Lakeview Cemetery in Johnston City.
