PERRYVILLE -- Ronald E. Hollinger, 54, of Perryville died Friday, Feb. 5, 1999, at Perry County Memorial Hospital. He was born April 9, 1944, at Knob Lick, son of Elmer and Wilma Murphy Hollinger. PERRYVILLE -- Ronald E. Hollinger, 54, of Perryville died Friday, Feb. 5, 1999, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.

He was born April 9, 1944, at Knob Lick, son of Elmer and Wilma Murphy Hollinger. He and Georgia Graham were married.

He was employed by St. Louis Refrigerated Car. He was a veteran, having served during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars post in Festus.

Survivors include his mother; his wife of Perryville; a daughter, Brittany Hollinger of Perryville; and a brother, Tom Hollinger of Pevely.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Young and Sons Funeral Chapel and from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Rich Lause officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
