Rodger Preston

Rodger Truex Preston, 71, of Granbury, Texas, passed away Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013, in Granbury.

He was born Sept. 18, 1942, in Cape Girardeau, to Rodney and Juanita Moore Preston.

Rodger was a retail sales owner and a member of First Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Brock Preston of Granbury; two sons, Loring (Rebecca) Preston and Stephen (Kate) Preston; a brother, Bruce (Fran) Preston; a sister, Rhonda (Aaron) Ford; two stepdaughters, Molly (Alan) Stiles and Melanie (Will) Dunn; six grandchildren, Bobby and Bennett Preston, Phoebe and Henry Dunn, and Ruby and Roxy Stiles.

A memorial service was held Monday at First Presbyterian Church in Granbury.

Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury was in charge of arrangements.
