BUNCOMBE, Ill. -- Robert K. Gill, 84, of Buncombe died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 1998, at City Care Center in Anna.

He was born Feb. 6, 1913, in Tekamah, Neb., son of Delmar and Mae Fairchild Gill. He and Margaret May Schumacher were married Aug. 6, 1945, in St. Louis County, Mo.

He retired as a mechanical engineer with General Electric Corp.

Survivors include his wife; and a half sister, Gretchen Palmer of Elkhorn, Neb.

Friends may call at Hamel-Peck-Pelan Funeral Home in Tekamah from 4-6 p.m. Sunday.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the United Methodist Church in Tekamah, with the Rev. Larry Arganbright officiating. Burial will be in Tekamah Cemetery.

A family visitation was held at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna.
