Robert F. McHarry, 74, 117 N. Clark, died Tuesday, Sept. 17, 1991, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
He was born May 30, 1917, at Ullin, son of William and Mary Jane Danner McHarry.
McHarry had worked at General Motors in Flint, Mich., and at Lockheed Corp in Burbank, Calif., retiring in 1976. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Survivors include two sons, Robert McHarry of Tamms, Reginald Smith of Northridge, Calif.; four daughters, Johnene Libby of Canoga Park, Calif., Esther McHarry of Orlando, Fla., Joyce Comer of Benton, Ky., Saundra Canada of Holdenville, Okla.; two brothers, John McHarry of Flint, Harvey McHarry of Dalhart, Texas; a sister, Elaine Housman of Jonesboro, Ill., and a friend, Virginia Stephens of Cape Girardeau.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and five sisters.
Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Ullin City Cemetery. The Rev. Charles Horton will preside.
Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel is in charge of arrangements. There is no visitation.
