Decker, 83, died Tuesday, Feb. 4, 1997, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

He was born Nov. 8, 1913, son of Robert Hodge and Minnie Oliver Decker Sr.

Decker was assistant manager of Malco Theaters from 1960-80, and served as public administrator of Scott County from 1969-84.

Survivors include a cousin, Marie Weaks of Sikeston.
