ST. PETERS, Mo. -- Richard "Dick" Simpher, 75, of St. Peters died Monday, May 26, 2014. Loving husband of the late Dolores T. Simpher; beloved son of the late Fred C. "Ted" and Beulah Spink Simpher; devoted father of Carrie Simpher, Scott (Melissa) Simpher, Patricia Smith, Debbie Williams, Hershel Williams, Donna (Greg) Hageman and Sharon (Willis) McCree; cherished grandfather and great-grandfather to many; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends...

ST. PETERS, Mo. -- Richard "Dick" Simpher, 75, of St. Peters died Monday, May 26, 2014.

Loving husband of the late Dolores T. Simpher; beloved son of the late Fred C. "Ted" and Beulah Spink Simpher; devoted father of Carrie Simpher, Scott (Melissa) Simpher, Patricia Smith, Debbie Williams, Hershel Williams, Donna (Greg) Hageman and Sharon (Willis) McCree; cherished grandfather and great-grandfather to many; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Phyllis Stoll.

Dick enjoyed Cardinals baseball, fishing and bowling.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Baue Funeral and Memorial Center, 3950 W. Clay St., St. Charles, Missouri.

The funeral will be at noon Friday at Baue Chapel. Interment will be in St. Charles Memorial Gardens.
