Richard Henry Willmann, 83, 1018 Broadway, died Friday, April 3, 1992, at St. Francis Medical Center.

He was born July 7, 1908, in St. Louis, son of Henry and Theresa Simpson Willmann. He and Dorothy Hahn were married Oct. 3, 1949, in Hernando, Miss.

Willmann had lived in Cape Girardeau since 1912. He owned and operated Willmann Beauty Supply at 718 Broadway more than 35 years, retiring in 1975. He was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral, VFW Post 3838, and Elks. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II.

Survivors include his wife; a sister-in-law, Irmina Niswonger of Cape Girardeau; nieces and nephews, including Joe Niswonger of Cape Girardeau.

A memorial mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Cathedral, with the Rev. Michael Zoellner officiating.

There is no visitation. Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
