ANNA, Ill. -- Richard Butler, 57, of Anna died Friday, March 24, 1995, at Oak Forest Hospital in Oak Forest, Ill.
He was born March 20, 1938, in Anna, son of Willie D. Butler and Mable Sims Butler.
Survivors include his mother, Mable Butler, of Anna and a brother, Raymond Butler, of San Diego.

He was preceded in death by his father, in 1989, and a brother, James Francis Butler.
Service will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. at Crain Funeral Home in Anna, with the Rev. Dan Mohler officiating. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home today from 6 to 8 p.m., and Monday until time for service.
