Reba W. Harmon, 100, 2121 Boulder Crest, died Monday, March 21, 1995, at the Lutheran Home.
She was born Dec. 8, 1894, in Monroe County, Miss., daughter of John and Rhoda Oden Weaver. She and Henry Grady Harmon were married May 3, 1914, in Monroe County.
Harmon attended Blue Mountain College for Women in Blue Mountain, Miss.
She taught school in Monroe County from 1912-1913. The family moved to Cape Girardeau in the mid 1930s. She was medical records librarian at Southeast Missouri Hospital from January 1946 to November 1968.
Harmon was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, Order of Eastern Star, and charter member of Business and Professional Women's Club of Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include two daughters, Grada Naeter of Cape Girardeau, Christina Murray of Wachapreague, Va.; a sister, Juanita Hughes of Pascagoula, Miss.; four grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by two grandsons and two brothers.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 5-7 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. Neil Stein officiating. Burial will be in Lorimier Cemetery.
