RAYMOND SITZE

GLEN ALLEN, Mo. -- Raymond F. Sitze, 86, of Glen Allen died Wednesday, April 26, 2001, at Eldercare of Marble Hill, Mo.

He was born March 8, 1915, at Bessville, Mo., son of Martin and Vina Goodson Sitze. He and Daisy Pauline Gibbs were married Jan. 14, 1939. She died Aug. 28, 1999.

Sitze was a farmer. He was a member and deacon at Old Trace Creek Church.

Survivors include two sons, Melvin Sitze of Barnhart, Mo., Don Sitze of Marble Hill; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by three brothers.

Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill from 4-8 p.m. Saturday.

Funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Old Trace Creek Church, with the Rev. Randy Krannig officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
