Raymond A. Dannenmueller, 96, of Jackson died Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2008, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Nov. 6, 1911, in Oran, Mo., son of Louis and Louise Gosche Dannenmueller. He and Lucille Bertha Schrum were married Nov. 17, 1936.
Dannenmueller was a self-employed farmer. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Jackson and Knights of Columbus Council 4311 in Oran.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Larry Dannenmueller of Oran, Lenny Dannenmueller of Jackson; nine grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, two sisters and six brothers.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, Mo. Parish prayers will be at 6, and Knights of Columbus prayers at 6:30.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in New Hamburg, Mo., with the Revs. Normand Varone and John Harth officiating. Burial will be in St. Lawrence Cemetery.
