Funeral service for Ray W. Clark, 386 Country Club Drive, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel. The Rev. William L. Burke will officiate, with burial in Lorimier Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. today.
Clark, 79, died Tuesday, Aug. 23, 1994, at the Lutheran Home.
He was born Jan. 29, 1915, in Commerce, son of Omer and Opal O'Guin Clark. He and Zelma Thornton were married May 31, 1969, in Cape Girardeau.
Clark retired from Union Electric in 1980. He was a member of First Church of the Nazarene and Southeast Missouri Hospital Auxiliary.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Jacquelyn Clark of McClure, Ill., Patricia Petrowsky of High Ridge; a stepson, Tyrone Thompson of Cape Girardeau; five brothers, Horace Clark of Jackson, Harold and Bobby Clark of Cape Girardeau, Bill Clark of Pittsfield, Ill., Omer Clark of St. Louis; a sister, Iris Hoffmeister of Gravois Mills; eight grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter and brother.
