THEBES, Ill. -- Randy K. Tapley, 33, of Thebes, Ill., died Thursday, July 4, 1991, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Thebes. He is survived by his parents, Clifford and Cornelia Tapley, of Thebes; sisters, Cheri Witzman of Zion, Ill., and Cathy McCain of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, David Tapley of Thebes and Richard Tapley, of Scott City, Mo.; paternal grandmother, Virgie Cochran of East Cape, Ill.; and other relatives...

THEBES, Ill. -- Randy K. Tapley, 33, of Thebes, Ill., died Thursday, July 4, 1991, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was a member of First Baptist Church in Thebes.

He is survived by his parents, Clifford and Cornelia Tapley, of Thebes; sisters, Cheri Witzman of Zion, Ill., and Cathy McCain of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, David Tapley of Thebes and Richard Tapley, of Scott City, Mo.; paternal grandmother, Virgie Cochran of East Cape, Ill.; and other relatives.

Funeral Service for Tapley will be Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Thebes, with the Rev. Carl D. Fisher officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Thebes.

Friends may call at the Crain Funeral Home in Tamms after 6 p.m. Saturday.
