WOLF LAKE, Ill. -- Ralph Tweedy, 87, of Wolf Lake died Monday, Dec. 25, 1995, at his home.
He was born June 1, 1908, at Pomona, Ill., son of James and Belle Morgan Tweedy. He and Eula Roxie Kimmel were married Aug. 6, 1932, at Jonesboro, Ill. She preceded him in death Sept. 21, 1990.
Tweedy was employed at the Trojan Powder Co. in Wolf Lake until his retirement.
Survivors include a son, Richard Tweedy of Wolf Lake; a daughter, Marilyn Murray of Burr Ridge, Ill.; a sister, Dorothy Cook of St. Louis; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna, Ill., after 11 a.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. today at the funeral home. The Rev. Jim Stamp will officiate, with burial in the Jonesboro cemetery.
