PIEDMONT, Mo. -- Ralph L. Seabaugh, 88, passed away Monday, June 28, 2021, at his home near Piedmont.

He was born June 28, 1933, near Sedgewickville, Missouri, the son of Wilburn Seabaugh and Ruby Propst Seabaugh.

Ralph was an Army veteran and retired as a Central Telephone Systems Installer for AT&T. He was married to Wilma Rogers Nov. 3, 1956 in Cushing, Oklahoma, and had lived near Piedmont for many years. He was a charter member of Friendship Baptist Church and was an ordained deacon. He was active in his church and was a past board member of the Extension Club.

Preceding him in death are his parents, Wilburn and Ruby Seabaugh and his sister, Helen Hency.

Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Wilma Seabaugh, of the home; three children, Jennifer Seabaugh and her husband Bruce Little, of Indianapolis, David Seabaugh and his wife Ramona, of Scottsdale, Arizona, Darius Seabaugh and his wife Michelle, of Cape Girardeau.

Also surviving are five grandchildren, Quinn Eudy and his wife Tara, Michael Seabaugh, Kristen Seabaugh, Brock Seabaugh and his wife Stafani and Aspen Seabaugh; five great-grandchildren, Grace Seabaugh, Rylen Eudy, Jada Gordon, Connor Seabaugh and Cooper Seabaugh; and many other family and friends.

Visitation will be held at 9 a.m. Monday at the Morrison Funeral Chapel in Piedmont.

Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Don Hutto officiating. Committal services with military honors will be held at 2:30 p.m. at the Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.

Memorials have been requested to the Friendship Baptist Church in Piedmont or the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
