EAST PRAIRIE, Mo. -- Rachel LaCole Henry, 14, of East Prairie died Sunday, Sept. 10, 2000, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Mo., from injuries received in an automobile accident.
She was born April 14, 1986, at Sikeston, daughter of Angie Lowry Henry of East Prairie and Glen Alan Henry of East Prairie.
She was a student at East Prairie High School where she was a freshman and varsity cheerleader.
Survivors include her mother; father and stepmother, Kelli Evans Henry; a brother, Mark Alan Henry of the home; two stepsisters, Brandi Evans and Brittany Helms, both of East Prairie; maternal grandparents, Jeff and Pat Lowry of East Prairie; maternal great-grandmother, Nadine Lowry of Newbern, Tenn.; paternal grandparents, Curtis and Sandra Henry of East Prairie; and maternal great-grandmother, Esther Henry of East Prairie.
A brother preceded her in death.
Visitation will be after 5 p.m. Monday at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.
Funeral will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel, with Martin Lucas officiating.
Burial will be in East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.
