Phyllis Maynard

PATTON, Mo. -- Phyllis G. Maynard, 61, of Patton died Saturday, April 21, 2007, at her home.

She was born Feb. 21, 1946, in Houston, Texas, daughter of Albert and Bernice Styles Pike. She and Robert L. Maynard were married Aug. 3, 2001.

Maynard was a quality control specialist at Versa Tech Co. until becoming ill. She was a member of Mount Carmel Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband; five daughters, Shelley Wilde of San Antonio, Denese Ross of Colorado Springs, Colo., Yvette Jones of Lexington Park, Md., Tammy Wise of Patton, Theresa Nelson of Charlotte, Tenn.; a brother, Albert Pike Jr. of Houston; a sister, Cindy Willingham of Irvine, Calif.; 13 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. to service time Thursday at Liley Funeral Home in Patton.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Roy Michael officiating.
