Phillip Wayne Mayfield, 35, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, May 23, 2008, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. He was born May 30, 1972, in Hammond, Ind., son of Jerry and Claudette Mayfield. He was a truck driver. Survivors include his mother of Cape Girardeau; father of Indiana; stepmother, Joy Mayfield of Indiana; stepfather, Sherman Foley of Alabama; a brother, Shane Foley of Alabama; a half brother, Chad Mayfield of Indiana; and a sister, Denise Posie of Indiana...

Phillip Wayne Mayfield, 35, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, May 23, 2008, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

He was a truck driver.

There will be a memorial service at a later date.
