Peter P. Jenkins, 82, 423 Marroseann, died Friday, July 12, 1996, at St. Francis Medical Center.

He was born July 13, 1913, in Nakomis, Ill., son of Peter and Barbara Yezdauskas Jenkins. He and Ruth Dragunas were married Aug. 4, 1942, in Chicago.

Jenkins was a millwright.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Richard Jenkins of Sulphur Springs, Texas; two daughters, Judy Ventrella of Cape Girardeau, Barbara Josetti of Byron, Ill.; a brother, Alex Jenkins of Niles, Ill.; a sister, Marcella Javors of Lake Kiowa, Texas; nine grandchildren, and a great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by a brother.

There is no visitation.

Private memorial service will be held Monday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel, with Deacon Randy Tochtrop officiating.
