OLMSTED, Ill. -- Pearl Britt, 79, formerly of Olmsted, died Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2002, at Westwing Place in DeWitt, Iowa.
Born May 30, 1922, in Princeton, Ky., she was the daughter of Lev and Bertha Davis Fralick Dennis.
On Dec. 9, 1939, in South Fulton, Tenn., she was married to Delbert Britt, who preceded her in death.
Britt was a homemaker and gardener.
Survivors include two daughters, Sue Chandler of Springfield, Ill., Kay O'Neil of DeWitt; a sister, Kathryn Boyd of Anna, Ill.; two brothers, Leon and Bob Dennis of Nineveh, Ind.; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Friends may call after 10 a.m. Saturday at the Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak, Ill.
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Joey Dunning officiating. Burial will be in the Cache Chapel Cemetery in Ullin, Ill.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a grandson.
