CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Pauline "Polly" Bandy, 90, of Chaffee died Tuesday, April 25, 2006, at her home.
She was born May 22, 1915, at Morley, Mo., daughter of Ralph Thomas and Carrie Bell Turnipseed Carter.
Bandy retired as a waitress from Sands Motel and Restaurant in Cape Girardeau. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Chaffee.
Survivors include four nieces, Patricica Moore, of Jackson; Glenda (Moore) Tankersley, of Salem, Mo.; Brenda (Moore) Hepler, of Detroit, Mich.; Mary Jane (Carter) Saylor, of Cape Coral, Fla.; great nieces and nephews; and great-great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother and four sisters.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee after 4 p.m. Thursday.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the chapel, with the Rev. Darren Larkin officiating. Burial will be in Union Park Cemetery.
