Mary "Paula" Donahue Gaddie, 58, of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Louisville, Ky., died Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012, at the home of a sister. Mary "Paula" Donahue Gaddie, 58, of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Louisville, Ky., died Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012, at the home of a sister.

She was born Feb. 11, 1954, in Bardstown, Ky., daughter of Thomas J. and Henri Juanita Metcalf Donahue.

Mary was a graduate of Iroquois High School in Louisville, Ky. She worked at the former Bulley's Bar and Grille and the former Downspout in Jackson.

Loving survivors include two sisters, Mary Elaine "Sissy" Donahue and her partner James Banken of Cape Girardeau and Mary Linda Donahue Rosener and husband Bryan of St. Louis; two brothers, Thomas Gregory Donahue of Bardstown and Robert Benjamin Donahue of Louisville; a sister-in-law, Laura Jo Fowler Donahue of Louisville; and many loving nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Richard Donahue; and a niece, Bridgette Donahue.

A memorial Mass will be held at St. Mary's Cathedral at 10 a.m. Saturday, with the Rev. Thomas Kiefer officiating. Interment will be March 3 at St. Thomas Catholic Cemetery in Bardstown.

McCombs Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau is in charge of arrangements.
