Paul V. Sikes, 69, 1518 Jane, died Tuesday, June 21, 1994, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
He was born Nov. 7, 1924, at Flat River, son of Marvin Wesley and Letha Nipper Sikes. He and Evelyn G. Johnson were married Aug. 14, 1943, at Flat River.
Sikes was a truck driver with ABF. He was a member of Free Will Baptist Church in Flat River; VFW Post 3838 and Teamsters Local 575. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Larry Sikes of Cape Girardeau; a daughter, Pamela Seabaugh of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Janet Forsythe of Desloge, and five grandchildren.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 4-8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park.
