Paul Ruessler

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Paul G. Ruessler, 64, of Perryville died Tuesday, June 13, 2006, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.

He was born June 17, 1941, in Perry County, son of Wilbur and Anna Mattingly Ruessler. He and Doris Clampitt were married Aug. 13, 1960.

Ruessler retired as a repairman with Southwestern Bell and had owned and operated Paul's Electric. He was a member of Christ the Savior Catholic Church at Brewer, Mo.

Survivors include his wife; a son, John Ruessler of Perryville; a daughter, Rhonda Renner of Maple Valley, Wash.; two brothers, Walter Ruessler of French Village, Mo., David Ruessler of Perryville; three sisters, Betty Andrews of St. Louis, Loretta Hyde and Shirley Geile of Perryville; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4 to 9 p.m. today, and Friday from 6:30 to 10 a.m. The Catholic wake will be at 7 tonight.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Cedar Fork Methodist Church, with the Rev. Kevin Fausz officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Fork Cemetery.
