Paul William Keller, 87, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, Feb. 10, 2008, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Dec. 29, 1920, in Cape Girardeau County, the son of William A. and Louisa (Glueckhertz) Keller. He and Irma (Voss) Keller were married May 17, 1945, in Gordonville.
Keller attended Abernathy Grade School and graduated from College High School in 1938 Cape Girardeau. He was owner and operator of Keller Repair Shop and a lifelong cattle farmer. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Gordonville, where he was a Sunday school teacher, served on the church finance board and was church secretary.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Iris Dordoni of Cape Girardeau; a son, Tim Keller of Haymarket, Va.; and five grandchildren, Charles Wallgren, Benjamin, Joseph and Daniel Dordoni of Cape Girardeau and Kevin Keller of Haymarket.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Cheryl Wallgren, on Dec. 12, 2002; a brother, Curtis Keller; an infant sister and a grandson, Nicholas Dordoni.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home.
Service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Zion Lutheran Church in Gordonville, with the Rev. Wayne Schwiesow officiating. Burial is in Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Gordonville.
