Paul Henderson

ANNA, Ill. -- Paul E. Henderson, 86, of Anna died at 4:45 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 25, 2017, at home.

He was born July 22, 1931, in Olive Branch, Illinois, the son of Jake and Cleta Fisher Henderson. He married Geraldine Holman. She preceded him in death in 2003.

Paul was a union carpenter for over 50 years, as well as a cattle farmer. In his earlier years, he was an avid duck hunter and raised Chesapeakes. He had a deep faith in God and a love for Cardinals baseball.

He is survived by his son, Jeff (Donna) Henderson of Lake of Egypt, Illinois; granddaughter, Brittany Henderson, and great-granddaughter, Bexley Iris Henderson, both of Lake of Egypt.

Visitation for Paul Henderson will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Crain Funeral Home in Anna.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Bob Richardson officiating. Interment will follow at Williams Chapel Cemetery in Ewing, Illinois.
