PAUL FRANCIS SCHEFFER

CHAFFEE -- Paul Francis Scheffer, 40, of Chaffee died Thursday, Dec. 23, 1999, at the family home.

He was born Jan. 11, 1959, in Cape Girardeau, the son of Lawrence Edward and Adella Marie Heisserer Scheffer.

He was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church and the St. Ambrose Mens Club.

He is survived by his mother; seven brothers, Leonard Scheffer, Patrick Scheffer and Marion Scheffer, all of Chaffee, Fred Scheffer of Hermann, Martin Scheffer of Scott City, and Michael Scheffer and Joe Scheffer, both of Cabot, Ark.; and three sisters, Beatrice Mashek of Scott City, Carolyn Crites of Chaffee and Theresa Simpher of New Hamburg.

He was preceded in death by his father and a sister.

Visitation will be after 1 p.m. Sunday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Chaffee. Parish prayers will be said at 7 p.m. Sunday.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Chaffee with the Rev. Ralph Duffner officiating.

Burial will be at Texas Bend Cemetery in Charleston.
