ORAN -- Paul Bernard Geer, 83, of Oran Route 2, died at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau at 9:47 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15, 1991.
He was born Sept. 23, 1908, at Campbell, son of Jasper Louis and Mary Frances Provance Geer.
On Aug. 14, 1941, he married Virginia A. Black at Williamsburg, Mo. She survives.
He was a retired farmer and a member of Vanduser Baptist Church.
Other survivors are a sister, Lemma Bounds, Phoenix, Ariz.; a niece, Virginia Parrent, Campbell; and a nephew, Ray Hammett, Phoenix.
Three brothers and six sisters also preceded him in death.
Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston after 10 a.m. Thursday.
Service will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at the funeral chapel with the Rev. Marvin Graham, pastor of the Vanduser Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Garden Cemetery at Morley.
