DEXTER -- Patti Michel, 54, of Dexter died Wednesday, April 19, 2000, at Lucy Lee Health Services Center in Poplar Bluff. She was born Dec. 2, 1945, in Susanville, Calif., daughter of Pete and Lillian Carter. She and Duane Michel were married Oct. 1, 1988, in Reno, Nev. Michel lived in California many years, moving to Missouri 11 years ago, and to Dexter in 1990...

DEXTER -- Patti Michel, 54, of Dexter died Wednesday, April 19, 2000, at Lucy Lee Health Services Center in Poplar Bluff. She was born Dec. 2, 1945, in Susanville, Calif., daughter of Pete and Lillian Carter. She and Duane Michel were married Oct. 1, 1988, in Reno, Nev. Michel lived in California many years, moving to Missouri 11 years ago, and to Dexter in 1990.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Shawn Hatter of Dexter; a daughter, Monique Parkman of Dexter; a brother, Jimmie Loy of Reno; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter at 2 p.m. today.

Service will be held at a later date.
