Patrick Allen May, 27, of Thebes, Ill., died Saturday, Nov. 12, 1994, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau following a car accident.
He was born May 24, 1967, in Cape Girardeau, the son of Alguquine "Jack" and Ruby Ilene Bridges May.
He was a deck hand for 10 years and worked for Fitzgerald Marine and Waterfront in Cairo, Ill. His most recent job was as a painter. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Survivors include a daughter, Amanda Nicole May, and a stepdaughter, Samanta Shayne Redcloud May, both of Dongola; four sisters, Dixie Reed of Prince Valley, Mo., Linda Bevens of Thebes, Willa Simmons of McClure and Barbara Bailey of Olive Branch; five brothers, Ronnie May of Mesa, Ariz., Cecil May, Robert May and Thomas May, all from Thebes, and Jackie May of Cape Girardeau.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and brother Leonard May.
Visitation will be after 5 p.m. today and on Monday until the time of services at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Crain Funeral Home, with the Rev. Billy Don Heady officiating. Burial will be at the Rose Hill Cemetery at Thebes.
