Patricia Long

Patricia Dian Long died Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at home, surrounded by her children, family and friends.

Dian was Leo Wilson "Muck" Long and Mildred Idell Douglas Long's fourth child, born June 11, 1952, at home in Bollinger County, Missouri. Dian married Roger "Jack" Hays in February 1977.

They had three children, LaDonna, Eric and Jacqueline Hays.

Dian worked at Rapco Cable until 1991. After attending Southeast Missouri State University, she became a bar manager.

She was preceded in death by her father and brothers, Kenneth Darrell, Donald Leo and Steven Field.

Dian is survived by her mother, seven siblings, three children and 11 grandchildren.

A viewing will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Hutchings Funeral Home in Marble Hill, Missouri.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

The family requests contributions to the memorial fund in lieu of flowers.
