Patricia Frye

Patricia Pauline Frye, 76, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, May 2, 2017, at her home.

She was born Aug. 25, 1940, in Anna, Illinois, to Charles and Mabel Sullivan Karraker. She and William H. "Bill" Frye were married April 13, 1982, at Marble Hill, Missouri.

Patricia was a graduate of Dongola High School in Dongola, Illinois. She moved to Cape Girardeau in 1963. She was a sales representative for May Company.

She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and the Evening Optimist Club.

Patricia loved gardening and her dog, Chico.

Survivors include two daughters, Kimberly (James) Champine and Alicia Adams of Cape Girardeau; and nieces and nephews to whom she was close.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. David Hulshof officiating. Entombment will be at Cape County Memorial Park Mausoleum in Cape Girardeau.
