Funeral service for Pamela J. Thorn of Cape Girardeau will be held at 11 a.m. today at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill. The Revs. John Gregory and Fred Ritter will officiate, with burial in Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery.

Thorn, 38, died Thursday, Nov. 6, 1997, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

She was born Dec. 27, 1958, daughter of Virgil and Dorothy Haddox Welker.

Thorn was a member of Maple United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her mother of Marble Hill; a brother, Douglas Welker of Florida; four sisters, Debbie Welker of Marble Hill, Brenda Keller of Perryville, Sharon Welker of Fort Collins, Colo., Ruth Keesee of Branson; and a friend, Scott Heise of Cape Girardeau.

She was preceded in death by her father.
