Herrell, 76, died Wednesday, April 7, 1993, at his home.

He was born April 6, 1917, in St. Charles, son of Thomas and Cora McNealy Herrell.
Herrell was a custodian for various companies.
Survivors include a nephew, Gary McLain of Cape Girardeau; two nieces, Gloria Mertz of St. Charles, and Joann Haley of Mohave Valley, Ariz.
He was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother.
