JACKSON - Funeral services for Oscar Weber, 57, of Jackson, will be held Monday at 11 a.m., at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson. The Rev. Lawrence Etherton will officiate. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. this evening.
Weber died Friday, Feb. 1, at his home.
He was born Dec. 1, 1933 at Wittenberg to the late Gerhardt and Josephine Kassel Weber.
On June 8, 1963, he married Gerri Schmidt. She survives, along with three daughters, Tracy Sprandel, Tina Borgfield, and Tonya Weber, all of Jackson;
Three brothers, Elton Weber and Gilbert Weber of Wittenberg, and Floyd Weber of Cape Girardeau. One sister, Dorothy McDonald of Cape Girardeau also survives.
He was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
Weber was a veteran of the Korean War, a member of the Perryville American Legion post, and a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Jackson.
He was the assistant manager of McDonald Concrete Co. at Cape Girardeau.
