CHARLESTON -- Funeral service for Orrel Belle Myers of Charleston will be held at 11 a.m. today at the United Methodist Church here. The Rev. Richard Combs will officiate, with burial in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Shelby Funeral Home at Charleston is in charge of arrangements.
Myers, 86, died Monday, Jan. 24, 1994, at Charleston Manor.
She was born Dec. 1, 1907, at Parma, daughter of John Jefferson and Nancy Sylvania Craig Greer. She married Harold Myers, who died in 1973.
Myers was a teacher at Charleston R-1 School District more than 40 years. She was a member of the United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a brother, Paul Greer of Clinton, Miss.; two sisters, Bernice Heniford of Jackson, Miss., and Mildred Bettag of Little Rock, Ark.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
