Oneita T. Marshall, 84, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, March 7, 2005, at the Lutheran Home.
She was born Jan. 24, 1921, in Fife, Texas, daughter of William W. and Fannie Pierce Tedder. She and Elmond L. Marshall were married Aug. 5, 1939, in Brady, Texas. He died Jan. 27, 1999.
Marshall had been a civilian secretary for the U.S. Army Air Corps in San Antonio, Texas, during World War II, and had worked at Foley Department Stores in Houston, Texas. She had lived in Cape Girardeau since June 1996.
Survivors include two sons, Stanley Marshall of Patton, Mo., Bill Marshall of Perkasie, Pa.; a brother, Bill Tedder of Abilene, Texas; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers.
There is no visitation or service.
Her body was donated to Washington University in St. Louis.
Ford and Sons Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
