ADVANCE -- Service for Omer E. Winchester will held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Morgan Funeral Chapel here, with Rev. Clinton Woodfin, pastor of First Baptist Church of Advance, officiating. Burial will be Morgan Memorial Park.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday.
Winchester, 85 years old, of Advance, died Saturday, Feb. 23, 1991, at the Sikeston Health CAre Center.
He was born Dec. 5, 1905, at Advance. son of Pete and Alice Revelle Winchester.
He was a retired carpenter.
Survivors include two sons, Jerry Winchester, Granite City, Ill., and Jim Winchester, of Pine Bluff, Ark.,; daughter, Mrs. Joyce Holder of Advance; brothers, Milford Winchester, Arbor, Mo. and Elvis Winchester, Union, Mo.; sisters, Opal McFerron of St. Louis, Helen Boyd and Hazel Call, both of Route 2, Lutesville; 13 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, two grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
