Funeral service for Oma Marie Hoffman of Kennett will be held at 3 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel. The Rev. Charles Dreyer will officiate. Entombment will be in Lorimier Mausoleum.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2:30.
Hoffman, 96, died Friday, Aug. 18, 1995, at Kennett Health Center.
She was born Jan. 1, 1899, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of William Henry and Marie M. Mahnke Huters. She first married Dr. J.R. "Ralph" Tinion in 1920. He died in 1946. He later married Dr. H.M. Hoffman, who died in 1979.
Hoffman attended Cape Girardeau Public Schools and was a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. She had been a business teacher at Caruthersville High School. She was a member of St. Cecelia's Catholic Church in Kennett. She was a former member and secretary at the Methodist Church in Caruthersville.
Survivors include three nephews and two nieces, including Mary Lou Bray of Cape Girardeau.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.
