OLLIE R. WARREN

OLIVE BRANCH, Ill. -- Ollie R. Warren, 86, of Olive Branch, Ill., died Saturday, May 15, 1993, at the Life Care Nursing Center in Jonesboro, Ill.

He was born Feb. 7, 1907 in Chicago Heights, Ill., son of James A. and Gertrude Story Warren.

He was a retired construction laborer and a member of Laborers Local 773 in Cairo, Ill.

On April 26, 1931 at Thebes, Ill., he married Juanita Walden, who survives of the home.

Also surviving are one son, James H. Warren of Olive Branch; one daughter, Ellen Downey of Olive Branch; two brothers, Leslie Warren of Olive Branch and Ralph Warren of South Roxanna, Ill.; five sisters, Beulah Twente, Daisy McKee and Lois Draper, all of South Roxanna, and Thelma Buster and Vertie Abercrombie, both of East Cape Girardeau, Ill.; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one sister and one brother.

Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Jones Funeral home in Tamms, Ill., with the Rev. Robert Feezer and the Rev. Billy Don Heady officiating. Burial will be in the Olive Branch Cemetery.
