SIKESTON, Mo. -- Olive Mae Keel, 83, of Sikeston died Monday, Aug. 5, 2002, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
She was born April 4, 1919, in Ellingham, Wash., daughter of Honik and Ruth Mabel Falk Oiness. She and John W. Keel were married Jan. 7, 1959, in Tacoma, Wash. He died June 4, 1994.
Keel owned and operated many hotels in California, retiring in 1977.
Survivors include a sister, Gladys Holz of Lindenwood, Wash.; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter and two sisters.
Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel after 10:30 a.m. Friday.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the chapel, with Kelley Grubbs officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
