DEXTER, Mo. -- Graveside service for Ofeyoue Goodwin of Dexter will be held at 11 a.m. today at Armstead Dowdy Cemetery near Dexter.
Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter is in charge of arrangements.
Funeral was Monday at Baue Chapel in St. Charles, Mo. Gene Wood officiated.
Goodwin, 79, died Sunday, March 18, 2001, at DePaul Hospital in St. Louis.
She was born Dec. 8, 1921, in Paragould, Ark., daughter of Stonewall Jackson and Zora Hodge Rogers. She and Ray B. Goodwin were married Dec. 8, 1938, at Dexter. He died Dec. 22, 1958.
Goodwin moved to St. Louis in the early 1950s from Dexter. She was a member of North Lindbergh Church of Christ in St. Louis.
Survivors include two daughters, Patricia Binger of St. Louis, Barbara Brannekey of St. Charles County, Mo.; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
