OCIA CRITES

DAISY -- Funeral for Ocia E. Crites of Daisy will be held at 1 p.m. today at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson. The Revs. Chris McCutchen and Fred Rister will officiate, with burial in Sargents Chapel Cemetery.

Crites, 91, died Wednesday, Dec. 30, 1998, at her home.

She was born Nov. 1, 1907, at Daisy, daughter of Philip and Rebecca Propst Sebaugh. She and Theodore J. Crites were married Oct. 1, 1926. He died Feb. 14, 1987.

Crites worked 15 years at International Shoe Co. in Perryville. She was a charter member of Critesville Extension Club, had been a 4-H leader at Daisy, and was a member of New Salem Methodist Church at Daisy.

Survivors include a daughter, Jackie Kurre of Daisy; a sister, Redia Crites of Daisy; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
