JACKSON -- Nuel A. Greer, 81, of Jackson died Thursday, Nov. 14, 1996, at Beverly Health and Rehab Center in Cape Girardeau. He was born Jan. 26, 1915, at Oran, son of Charles and Minnie Dipperline Greer. Greer served in the U.S. Navy 20 years. Survivors include two daughters, Toni Lucy of Grover, Rhea Hogan of Chesterfield; two sisters, Virginia Dennis of Oran, Marcella Elledge of Chaffee; and two grandchildren...

JACKSON -- Nuel A. Greer, 81, of Jackson died Thursday, Nov. 14, 1996, at Beverly Health and Rehab Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Jan. 26, 1915, at Oran, son of Charles and Minnie Dipperline Greer.

Greer served in the U.S. Navy 20 years.

He was preceded in death by a son.

There is no visitation.

Graveside service will be held Nov. 22 at Jefferson Barracks Cemetery in St. Louis.

Lorberg Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
